Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no call, no shows, later than the 15 minute grace period, or cancellations under 24 hours in advance. Reschedules need to be within one week of the original appointment or there is a 20% fee. No call, no shows will be banned from booking with me!
